Work
Flip the switch and let it run

Before you start — check these off:

  • Claude open at claude.ai in another tab (desktop, not mobile)
  • Your previous AI open too if you're migrating — ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini
  • One hour of uninterrupted time. This is worth your full attention.
  • Migrating? Copy your Custom Instructions, Memory, and any GPT system prompts before you start. That's your IP — save it.

How this works: Each step has a prompt ready to copy into your AI. Paste the output into the text box below it. At every compile step — and at the end — you can download everything as a clean markdown file ready to upload into Claude. Your progress auto-saves in this browser, but download often. Don't rely on the browser alone.

🔒 Everything you type stays in your browser only. Your responses are saved locally to your device and are never transmitted to or stored on any external server. We don't collect your data. Because of this, it's your responsibility to download your work at each compile step. Don't skip it or you will lose it once you close out your browser.

Pre-Work
Pull what you've already built.
Don't start from scratch. Extract first.

If you're migrating from ChatGPT, pull these three things before running a single prompt. These are YOUR IP.

Custom Instructions: ChatGPT → Settings → Personalization → Custom Instructions. Copy both fields.
Memory: ChatGPT → Settings → Personalization → Memory → Manage Memory. Copy everything.
GPT System Prompts: Any custom GPTs → Edit → Configure → copy the full system prompt.
💡 Faster: Go to claude.com/import-memory. Copy the prompt Claude gives you, paste into ChatGPT, paste what comes back into Claude's memory. Five minutes. Done.
Paste everything you extracted here
Think · Round 1 of 8
Personal Profile
Give Claude a brain. Not a bio.

Think is everything. Claude cannot serve you at a high level if it doesn't know your world. Start here.

Prompt — copy & paste into your AI
"What do you know about me personally? Include my family, life stage, personality traits, values, how I communicate, my lifestyle, health and fitness habits, daily routines, and anything notable from my personal life that's come up in our conversations. Be specific. Format as a markdown document with clear section headers and bullet points."
Starting fresh? Answer this instead
Who are you outside of work? Family, life stage, values, what actually matters to you day to day, what your life looks like right now.

What's Missing

The catch-all. Everything that didn't fit anywhere else belongs here.

Prompt — copy & paste into your AI
"Based on everything you know about me — personally and as an entrepreneur — what else is important that hasn't come up yet? Include anything about how I think, how I work, my patterns, or my goals. Format as a markdown document."
Starting fresh? Answer this instead
What didn't you cover yet that someone would need to know to truly work with you? What context makes you make sense?
Paste your output here
Think · Compile
Pull it all together.
Then save it. Then upload it.

Think Compile Prompt

Run this in the same chat as your Think rounds. This creates your Think Profile — the file you'll upload to Claude.

Prompt — copy & paste into your AI
"Now take all the responses from the rounds above and compile them into one single markdown document. This is my complete Think Profile — everything Claude needs to know about my world. Format with clear section headers. Output nothing but the markdown."

Save the output as:

[YourName] - Think Profile.md

Then: Claude → create a new Project called "Your Business Brain" → upload this file there.

✅ Think Check

Open a fresh conversation inside Your Business Brain and paste: "Tell me who I am, what businesses I run, and what my current goals are." If Claude nails it — move to Speak. If something's off — fix the doc, re-upload, try again.

Speak · Round 9
Your Brand Voice in Practice
Train it to sound like you.

Speak is about locking in your voice. Not your elevator pitch — your actual voice. How you write when you're in flow.

Prompt — copy & paste into your AI
"Give me 5-10 examples of copy, captions, or content you've written for me that I responded positively to. Then describe what made those work — the tone, sentence structure, energy, voice patterns. Also include examples that felt off-brand and explain what was wrong. Format as a markdown document."
Starting fresh? Answer this instead
How do YOU sound when you're at your best? Find a piece of content that felt totally like you. Describe what made it feel that way. Then think of something that felt completely off.
Paste your output here
Speak · Round 10
Communication Preferences
Prompt — copy & paste into your AI
"Describe my communication and formatting style. Include my preferred formatting style, tone, level of directness, whether I like you to ask questions or just execute, and patterns you've noticed about what makes me respond well vs. what frustrates me. What do I always want more of? Format as a markdown document."
Starting fresh? Answer this instead
Short and punchy or detailed and thorough? Execute first or ask questions first? What makes you feel like the AI actually gets you?
Paste your output here
Speak · Round 11
How You Work With AI
Prompt — copy & paste into your AI
"Describe how I typically work with you. How do I prompt — full context upfront or think out loud as I go? Do I want pushback or execution? What are my patterns in creative mode vs. strategic mode vs. execution mode? Format as a markdown document."
Starting fresh? Answer this instead
Do you come in with clear direction or think out loud as you go? Do you want your AI to challenge you or just deliver?
Paste your output here
Speak · Voice Layer
Feed it your actual writing.
This is the step everyone skips. Don't.

Nothing trains brand voice like real examples. Find 5-10 pieces of content that felt most like you — captions, emails, copy, anything. Label each one THIS IS ME. Find 1-2 that felt off. Label them NOT ME.

Prompt — paste this into Claude with your examples
"Here are real examples of my brand voice and writing. The ones labeled THIS IS ME represent my voice at its best. The ones labeled NOT ME show what to avoid. Use this as your permanent voice reference going forward."
Paste your THIS IS ME / NOT ME examples here

Speak Compile Prompt

Run this in the same chat as your Speak rounds.

Prompt — copy & paste into your AI
"Now take the responses from the last three prompts and compile them into one single markdown document covering my brand voice, communication preferences, and how I work with AI. This is my complete Speak Profile. Output nothing but the markdown."

Save the output as:

[YourName] - Speak Profile.md

✅ Speak Check

Upload your Speak Profile to Your Business Brain. Open a fresh conversation and paste: "Write me a 3-sentence Instagram caption about [your topic] in my brand voice." Read it out loud. Does it sound like you? If yes — let's go. If no — add more THIS IS ME examples and try again.

Work
Flip the switch.
You built the brain. Now let it run.

Gut check first. Open your Think and Speak docs one more time. Read through quickly. Fix anything wrong or outdated. Re-upload the corrected version to Your Business Brain. 10 minutes. It matters.

Step 1a — Let Claude write its own Project Instructions. You don't write these. Claude does.

Project Instructions Prompt
"Based on my Think Profile and Speak Profile, write my Claude Project Instructions. This is a short directive that lives in the Project Instructions field and loads every time I open a conversation inside my Project. It should: tell Claude to check my uploaded files before responding, prioritize my brand voice above all other defaults, tell Claude how I like to work, and list my uploaded files by name. Write it as a directive addressed to Claude. Be specific, not generic. Output nothing but the Project Instructions text."
Once Claude gives you the text: open Your Business Brain → click the edit icon → find Project Instructions → clear the starter text → paste → save.

Step 1b — Let Claude write its own User Preferences. This loads in every single Claude conversation, even outside Your Business Brain.

User Preferences Prompt
"Based on my Think Profile and Speak Profile, write my Claude User Preferences. This is a concise 3-5 paragraph summary that will load at the start of every Claude conversation automatically — even outside my Business Brain Project. It should cover: who I am, my businesses at a high level, how I like to communicate, my brand voice non-negotiables, and how I like to work with AI. Write it in second person directed at Claude. Be specific, not generic. Output nothing but the User Preferences text."
Once Claude gives you the text: profile icon (top right in Claude) → Settings → User Preferences → paste → save.

Final sweep:

  • Think Profile uploaded to Your Business Brain
  • Speak Profile uploaded to Your Business Brain
  • Brand Voice Guide uploaded (if you made one)
  • Project Instructions updated with Claude-written version
  • User Preferences set in Claude Settings

✅ The Final Test

Open a fresh conversation inside Your Business Brain and paste: "Summarize who I am, what I'm building, and how I like to work — in my own voice." If it nails it — you're done. For real. If something's off — fix the doc, re-upload, try again. You've come too far to settle for close enough.

🎉
You just moved in.
Now let's renovate.

Claude knows your world. Claude knows your voice. Right now it's the new hire who read your whole file. What comes next turns it into the team member who runs your business.

Brand Architect · CEO · Mom of 3 · 3x Founder
oh heyyy,
I'M NICOLE

Raised in Chicago, currently Nashville-based. Mom to three teenage boys. Wife. And somehow, founder of three businesses running simultaneously, which either sounds impressive or unhinged, depending on the day.

I spent almost two decades in corporate America, including VP of Sales at a Fortune 500, before I decided I wanted to build something mine. So I did. Three times. And I will be the first to tell you that I absolutely do the most.

But here's the thing. AI is the reason I can do the most while actually doing the least.

Not because I handed my business to a robot. Because I built a brand strong enough to train one. Everything I produce, every piece of content, every client touchpoint, every strategy session, starts with a foundation that AI already knows. My voice. My frameworks. My business. Trained in, not typed out every single time.

The fact that you're here, going through this framework and making the move to Claude, is exactly the right first step. You're starting to build the foundation your AI actually needs to work. And when you're ready to go deeper, Off My Plate is where we build the rest.

Business is chaotic. Do it anyway. But do it smarter.

Right now Claude is the new hire who read your whole file. Off My Plate turns it into the team member who's been in every meeting, knows your frameworks cold, and can run your content without you in the room. Train your AI. Build your team. Get work off your plate. For real.
